February will be the coldest month ever recorded Temperatures will drop to -5° degrees Celsius*, as Pam Regis explains;
The Met Office has revealed to England Tonight that this month will see temperatures drop to below -5° in some areas. The cold snap is due to the high number of electronic cigarettes that are being used daily. The increased vapour rises into the atmosphere, where the high pressure systems convert the vapour into cold air. Electronic Cigarettes produce a white vapour, which isn't as toxic as normal cigarette smoke. The amount of this vapour is usually higher than that of cigarette smoke. It rises into the sky, where it blends with existing cloud forms, increasing their weight and rainfall probability. A leading scientist at the University of Richmond said; It is recommended that people who use Electronic Cigarettes exhale their vapour into a screw top glass vase, where the vapour forms into water in the bottom of the vase.
